4501.19 - Infestation. "Infestation" means the presence within or around a dwelling or premises of insects, rodents, vermin or other pests. "Other pests" means animals, which cause a threat to the public health including but not limited to bats, pigeons, or raccoons. (Ord. 356-75; Ord. 859-01 § 16.)
