§42.0420 Unlawful Activities It shall be unlawful for any person to give or administer any bath or baths as defined herein, or to give or administer any of the other things mentioned in this chapter, which violate the provisions of this chapter or the regulations adopted pursuant to this chapter or which violate any state or local laws or ordinances. Any violation of this provision shall be deemed grounds for revocation of the permit granted hereunder. (Added 4–4–1988 by O–17047 N.S.) (Editors note: Title changed 4–4–1988; see O–10747 N.S.)
