11.28.110 - Nontransparent window materials. No person shall drive any motor vehicle with any sign, poster, card, sticker, or other nontransparent material upon the front windshield, side wings, side or rear windows of the vehicle, except that signs, posters, cards, stickers, or other materials may be placed on the windshield within a six-inch square in the lower corner farthest removed from the driver's position or upon the side windows of the vehicle to the rear of the driver and so placed that the materials will not obstruct the driver's clear view of traffic conditions.
