Las Vegas Municipal Code § 16.20.010 Adoption by reference.

16.20.010 - Adoption by reference. Those certain documents, three copies of each being on file in the office of the City Clerk and designated as follows, are adopted by reference and made a part of this Code, to the same effect as if set forth at length herein: (A) Uniform Housing Code, 1994 Edition, designated as Part 1 of this Chapter; (B) A supplemental document which amends, by adding to and deleting from, the Uniform Housing Code, 1994 Edition, designated as Part 2 of this Chapter. Las Vegas Municipal Code § 16.20.020 Violations.

16.20.020 - Violations. Whenever in this Chapter any act is prohibited or is made or declared to be unlawful or an offense or a misdemeanor, or whenever in this Chapter the doing of any act is required or the failure to do any act is made or declared to be unlawful or an offense or a misdemeanor, the doing of any such prohibited act or the failure to do any such required act shall constitute a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine of not more than one thousand dollars or by imprisonment for a term of not more than six months, or by any combination of such fine and imprisonment. Any day of any violation of this Chapter shall constitute a separate offense. (Ord. 3057 § 4, 1983)
