§ 58-10-165.  Monetary penalties for failure to provide documents. A company that fails to provide a statement of actuarial opinion, actuarial opinion summary, actuarial report, or work papers within the time frame provided in the Commissioner's written request, is subject to the monetary penalties set forth in G.S. 58-2-70.
