9-80-211 Cruising zones - Written notice. A police officer shall issue a written notice to any person operating a motor vehicle passing a traffic control point twice within a one-hour period. Such notice shall state that a third passage past that traffic control point within the same one-hour period shall be a violation of this Code. (Added Coun. J. 10-3-90, p. 21780)
