45.96. Repeals; construction of act. Sec. 16. All acts or parts of acts in any wise contravening the provisions of this act are hereby repealed: Provided, however, That the provisions of this act shall not be construed to repeal any of the accounting laws, except where the provisions of this act are in conflict therewith. 1917, Act 307, Eff.
