3325.115 - Zoning Change, Variance, or Special Permit Within the University Impact District (UID), an application for a zoning change, variance, or special permit that may cause a stated guideline to apply, as determined by the department, shall be reviewed by the Review Board prior to being heard by the approving body, with the exception of those Council- initiated amendments to rezone properties in accordance with the Zone In Initiative pursuant to Section 3310.02(B) of this Zoning Code.
