Sec. 279-229. - Investigations of accidents involving city-owned vehicles. The Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department shall investigate all accidents/crashes involving a city-owned vehicle driven by a sworn police officer; and report all such investigations monthly to the citizens' police complaint board.
