Sec. 24.102. - Director of Finance/Chief Financial Officer (CFO). The Director of Finance/Chief Financial Officer (CFO) shall be appointed by the Mayor, subject to confirmation by the Council, shall serve at the pleasure of the Mayor, and shall have a bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college or university, proven administrative ability, and a record of exceptional performance in an executive level public or private sector financial management position.
