2937.05 - Seller must return contract or agreement and deposit, payment, trade-in, or other consideration. Except as provided in this section, within 10 days after a buyer has cancelled a home solicitation sale provided herein, the seller must tender at the location where contract was signed, the contract or agreement, deposit, partial or total payment, trade-in, or any consideration whatsoever made in addition to the payment and any note or other evidence of indebtedness.
