Indianapolis-Marion County Revised Code § 131-611 Enhanced 9-1-1.

Sec. 131-611. - Enhanced 9-1-1. The emergency telephone system fee provided for in IC 38-8-16-5 ("Enhanced 9-1-1 surcharge") is hereby adopted by the city-county council for and on behalf of Marion County. (Code 1975, § 10-151)

Indianapolis-Marion County Revised Code § 131-612 Surcharge imposed.

Sec. 131-612. - Surcharge imposed. The enhanced 9-1-1 surcharge in an amount of sixty-four cents ($0.64) is hereby imposed on each exchange access facility (as defined in IC 36-8-16-3) used in Marion County. (Code 1975, § 10-152)

Indianapolis-Marion County Revised Code § 131-613 Rate amendment authorized.

Sec. 131-613. - Rate amendment authorized. The amount of this enhanced 9-1-1 surcharge may be changed by ordinance but not more than once in any calendar year. (Code 1975, § 10-153)

Indianapolis-Marion County Revised Code § 131-614 Surcharge not to exceed statutory limit.

Sec. 131-614. - Surcharge not to exceed statutory limit. This enhanced 9-1-1 surcharge shall remain uniform and shall not exceed the amount specified in IC 36-8-16(b). (Code 1975, § 10-154)
