Sec. 13-11. - Penalty for violation. Any person who violates a provision of this chapter shall upon conviction in the municipal court of the city be subject to a fine not to exceed two thousand dollars ($2,000.00) for each offense if the court finds that the offense was committed intentionally, knowingly or recklessly, and each day shall constitute a separate offense.
