§ 26-404 City rent agency; division of housing and community renewal. The division of housing and community renewal shall have charge of and conduct through its own counsel any proceeding under this chapter of the code, except for the provisions of subdivision m of section 26-405 and section 26-406 of this chapter which shall be under the jurisdiction of the department of finance and such other agency as the mayor shall designate.
