15-4-035 Authority of fire commissioner. The fire commissioner or his designee shall be authorized to enter and inspect every building, structure or portion thereof containing equipment or apparatus used for the generation, transmission or distribution of electricity by a public utility in order to identify and assess all risks or dangers of fire or explosion presented by the occupation and use of the building, structure or applicable portion.
