7-24-085 Failure to comply with the Methamphetamine Manufacturing Chemical Retail Sale Control Act. It shall be unlawful for any pharmacy and/or retail establishment who carries on or manages a business or occupation within the City of Chicago to fail to comply with Illinois Public Act 093-1008, which imposes stricter controls on the display and sale of cold and sinus products. Any pharmacy and/or retail establishment which holds a City of Chicago business license and fails to comply with Illinois Public Act 093-1008, may be subject to the revocation of their business license for subsequent violations and fines up to $500.00 for each offense.
