Baltimore City Code, Article 22A, § 9-2
in effect§ 9-2. Distributable events – Retirement.
A member who terminates employment on or after the member’s normal retirement age is entitled to receive the value of the member’s:
(1) if applicable, Mandatory Employee Contribution Sub-Account;
(2) Employer Contribution Sub-Account; and
(3) if applicable, Rollover Contribution Sub-Account.
