Sec. 14-16-91. - Car floors. A. Elevator car floors shall be maintained so that persons will not readily slip or trip thereon. B. Where tracks are located on an elevator car floor the tops of the rails shall be substantially flush with the general surface of the car floor. (Code 1967, § 49-141; Code 1985, § 46-161)
