§ 2-100 ESTABLISHMENT AND SUPERVISION. A Department of Diversity and Inclusion is hereby established to promote the values of diversity, equity, inclusion, and access as they apply to the City's employee and labor relations, its provision of municipal services and capital investments, and the quality of life that all Fort Worth residents experience. The department shall be supervised by a director ("director"), who will be subject to appointment and removal by the city manager. The director's salary shall be set by the city manager in accordance with the city's compensation plan. (Ord. 24030-02-2020, § 5, passed 2-4-2020)
