§ 9-3. Each day a separate offense. (a) In general. Every day that a violation continues is a separate offense. (b) Prima facie proof of continuation. Proof that a violation exists on any date that follows the issuance of a violation notice constitutes prima facie evidence that the violation has continued throughout the intervening period of time.
