§42.0914 Enforcement Officer — Authority — Inspection The Health Officer is authorized and empowered to enforce the provisions of this division and to inspect such activities as are regulated in this division for the purpose of determining compliance with this division. No person shall obstruct or interfere with the Health Officer in his performance of these duties. The Health Officer shall be empowered to make such arrests and issue citations pursuant to Penal Code Sections 836.5 and 853.7 for violations of this division.
