Sec. 656.163. - Injunctive relief; enforcement. Any person who violates a provision of this Subpart or a written order promulgated under this Subpart is subject to injunctive or other equitable relief to enforce compliance with or prohibit the violation of this Subpart. The Director of Planning and Development is hereby authorized to institute actions on behalf of the City in any court of competent jurisdiction in this State to seek enforcement of this Subpart and all remedies for violations thereof.
