10-24-060 Violation - Penalty. Any person who erects, enlarges, alters or maintains a sign or signs in violation of, or otherwise violates, any of the provisions of this chapter shall be fined not less than $5.00 nor more than $200.00 for each offense. A separate and distinct offense shall be held to have been committed each day if any person continues to violate any of the provisions of this chapter. (Prior code § 34.1-6)
