§22.0813 Creation of List of Debarred and Suspended Persons (a) The City Manager shall create, maintain, and make publicly available a list of the names, addresses, and applicable debarment or suspension commencement and expiration dates of all debarred or suspended bidders and contractors. (b) The City Manager shall establish procedures to provide for the effective use of the list to ensure that the City does not do business with bidders or contractors who have been debarred or suspended.
