Section 1067. Organization of the agency; notice. In January, nineteen hundred ninety and every year thereafter, in accordance with the notice procedures of subdivision b of section one thousand forty-three of this charter, the head of each agency shall cause to be published in the City Record and shall give notice of a written plan or chart describing the organization of the agency.
