597.13 - Licensing Requirements of an Alarm Dealer License No person, company, corporation, partnership, or other entity shall sell, lease, monitor (either by video or audio), install, activate; or cause to be sold, leased, monitored, installed, or activated, an alarm system unless such person, company, corporation, partnership, or other entity has been issued a valid Alarm Dealer License.
