Sec. 10-250. - Same—Term of permit; violation of restrictions. A permit to place modular homes on a sales lot shall be valid for one year from the date of issuance and may be renewed annually upon payment of the permit fee stated for this provision in the city fee schedule. Provided, however, a permit to place modular homes on a sales lot shall be null, void and of no effect if such use of the property violates any restrictions contained in or incorporated by reference in any plan, plat, replat or other instrument affecting the property.
