.08 Report of Director. A. The Director of the Department must maintain a data system capable of reporting on: (1) the name of the person represented on the material removed; (2) the number of advertisements, notices, or other signs removed; (3) the location of the material; and (4) the type of structure from which the material was removed. B. The Director of the Division must report on the data collected to the Commissioner of Housing when requested.
