SEC. 80.37. CROSSWALKS - DEPARTMENT TO ESTABLISH. The Department is hereby authorized to determine those intersections or other places at which exceptional hazard exists to pedestrians crossing the roadway. When such determination has been made in any case, the Department shall install crosswalks at such intersections or other places, by appropriate markings or other devices. (Amended by Ord.
