Sec. 642.113. - Extended application. To the extent allowable by State law, the provisions of this Chapter may be applied to pretrial detainees and persons convicted of misdemeanor or felony violations of State law, where the penalty provided for such offense or the sentence imposed therefor is incarceration in the County prison facilities for a period of less than one year and one day.
