1.04.030 - Titles and catchlines. The titles and catchlines of the titles, chapters and sections of this Code are intended as mere catchwords to indicate the contents of the respective titles, chapters and sections to which they refer and shall not be deemed or taken to be titles of such titles, chapters and sections, nor as any part of the particular title, chapter or section, nor, unless expressly as provided, shall they be so deemed when any of such titles, chapters and sections, including catchlines, are amended or reenacted, nor shall they be considered in the interpretation of the respective titles, chapters and sections.
