15.08.040 - Penalty for refusal to make report. Every person and the local manager or agent of every such person or corporation failing or refusing to make the report required by Section 15.08.020, or failing or refusing to allow the examination provided for in Section 15.08.030, shall upon conviction in the corporation court of the city be fined in any sum not to exceed one hundred dollars and every day's failure or refusal, as mentioned in this section shall be deemed a separate offense. (Prior code § 21-31)
