SEC. 28-94. USE OF PASSENGER CURB LOADING ZONES. A person commits an offense if he stops, stands, or parks a vehicle for any purpose other than for the expeditious loading or unloading of passengers in any place marked as a passenger loading zone during hours when the regulations applicable to the loading zones are in effect. In no event may a person stop, stand, or park a vehicle in a passenger loading zone longer than the period of time allowed by the sign or marking designating the loading zone. (Ord.
