Sec. 884. - Authority to issue bonds regardless of debt limitation. Bonds may be issued under this Act notwithstanding and without regard to any limit on indebtedness provided by law. Said bonds are not to be taken into consideration in computing any limitation of indebtedness applicable to the City of Memphis. (Priv. Acts 1935, ch. 108, § 17, 1st Spec. Sess.)
