Sec. 6-136. - Scope. This article shall apply to the disposition of impounded animals, and the word 'animals' as used in this article shall mean all animals other than those subject to the provisions of chapter 142 of the Texas Agriculture Code (estrays) and those subject to the provisions of article III of this chapter.
