§ 31-42. - Building permit required. Any person desiring to construct or make any additions to a mobile home park or travel trailer park shall, before commencing work, secure a building permit from the Public Works Director or his designated representative, and no physical improvements shall be begun and no building or structure erected, altered or repaired before obtaining such permit.
