§61.2326 Consideration of Report: Modification When the report provided for in Sections 61.2324 and 61.2325 is filed with the City Clerk, he shall present it to the Council for consideration. The Council may modify it in any respect. The report as modified shall stand as the report for the purpose of all subsequent proceedings except that it may be confirmed, modified, or corrected as provided in this Division.
