§ 16-1017 Liability for violations. a. A designated carter shall be liable for violations of any of the provisions of this chapter or any rules promulgated pursuant hereto committed by any of its employees or agents. b. An awardee shall be liable for violations of any of the provisions of this chapter or any rules promulgated pursuant hereto committed by any designated carter or other subcontractor performing services pursuant to any agreement entered into pursuant to section 16-1002.
