Oklahoma City Municipal Code § 47-431 Generally.

§ 47-431. - Generally. (a) A schedule of charges for permit, laboratory, administrative, laboratory, and surcharge costs and fees are established. The amount of such charges is established in Chapter 60, the General Schedule of Fees. (b) For purposes of allocating and recovering all applicable charges, industrial users have been divided into three categories as follows: (1) categorical industrial user. § 47-432. - Surcharge for BOD and suspended solids. There is hereby levied a schedule of charges for surcharge costs for BOD and suspended solids.
