§ 3-274 PENALTIES. Each violation of this division shall constitute a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be punishable by a fine of not more than $1,000. Each day that a violation continues to exist shall constitute a separate offense. Jurisdiction for any offense providing a criminal penalty hereunder shall be in the municipal court of the city.
