286.703. Agricultural, vegetable, or flower seed container; label or tag; information. Sec. 3. Each container of agricultural, vegetable, or flower seed which is offered for sale for sowing purposes shall bear, or have attached to the container in a conspicuous place, a plainly printed or imprinted label or tag in the English language giving the information provided in sections 4 to 7. If the seed is distributed in bulk, the information required in these sections shall accompany delivery and shall be supplied to the purchaser at the time of delivery. 1965, Act 329, Eff.
