Sec. 12-8-5. - Warnings to be displayed. Barricades, lights and signs shall be provided and erected to adequately direct traffic and protect the public from the construction site. Signs shall be provided indicating who is in responsible charge of work being done pursuant to a permit issued under this chapter. (Code 1967, § 36-42; Code 1985, § 34-55)
