5.13.110 - Revocation—Discontinuation of service. In the event that the police chief revokes an alarm permit in accordance with the provisions of this chapter for the reason stated in Section 5.13.100 A.5. of the city code, the police chief may further order the alarm system business to discontinue the service from such alarm system for such time as the permit for such system remains revoked. Notice of an order under this section shall be sent to the alarm system business by certified mail. The alarm system business shall comply with the order and discontinue alarm service within twenty-four hours after receipt of the notice. (Ord. No. 17691, § 1, 12-6-2011, eff. 2-29-2012)
