§ 28-304.6.5.1 Periodic inspection reports. Reports of periodic inspections shall comply with the following: 1. The reports shall contain the signatures of (i) the performing agency director, and (ii) the building owner. 2. The reports, with all applicable signatures, shall be filed with the department within 14 days after the date of the inspection.
