Sec. 667.103. - Administration of Chapter; rules. Responsibility for the administration of this Chapter is vested in the Recreation and Community Program Division. The Chief of Recreation and Community Program Division may make, amend and repeal rules, regulations and administrative orders to implement and enforce this Chapter.
