§310.0106 Notice Requirements Every employer must post a notice at the job site where any employee works or otherwise provide written notice to employees informing employees of their rights under this Division and the prevailing wage rate in effect under this Division, including the effective dates and any predetermined increases related to the City’s issuance of an applicable Traffic Control Permit.
