§ 5-101. City adoption (a) In general. The International Mechanical Code (2021 Edition) is adopted as part of the Building, Fire, and Related Codes of Baltimore City, subject to the additions, deletions, amendments, and other modifications contained in this Part V. (b) Codification. Unless otherwise specified, chapter and section numbers in this Part V refer to the chapter and section numbers of the International Mechanical Code. (Ord. 24-341 Section 1.)
