Sec. 19.92. Entry Upon Private Property. City employees upon whom duties are imposed by this chapter may enter upon private property in the performance of such duties. Persons authorized to effect removals of vehicles by the provisions of this chapter or any contract or franchise made or granted pursuant thereto may enter upon private property for that purpose.
