3333.24 - Rear yard. Each dwelling, apartment house or other principal building shall be erected so as to provide a rear yard totaling no less than 25 percent of the total lot area. A legally sufficient perimeter yard shall satisfy the rear yard requirement for an apartment complex or multiple dwelling development only. (Ord. 42-87.)
