14C-1-106.2.2 Duration. The prohibitions set forth in this subsection shall remain in effect until such time that the authority having jurisdiction determines that the unsafe equipment identified in the order or notice has been restored to a safe and proper condition as required by the provisions of this code and the order to cease operation of the equipment is lifted or otherwise released by the authority having jurisdiction.
